Ann Frett is a licensed Physical Therapist and certified Feldenkrais Practitioner with over 26 years of experience. She has a strong aptitude and interest in biomechanics, human movement and performance, and the study of human learning and development. Her specific skills and talents allow her to create the experience of change, empowering and guiding her clients towards greater self reliance in improving their health and well being.
After receiving her BA in Natural Science, Ann earned a Masters of Physical Therapy degree from the Mayo School of Health Related Sciences at the Mayo Clinic in 1994. As a Physical Therapist, she has experience with home health, acute care, chronic pain management, women’s health, orthopedic, neurologic and spine rehabilitation. She holds Advanced Certification in the Barcelona Schroth Method for Scoliosis Rehabilitation for adults and adolescents. She has studied Craniosacral Therapy, Neural and Visceral Mobilization, Myofascial Release, Pilates, Hypopressives, and Postural Restoration. In 2000, Ann became aware of the significant benefits of the Feldenkrais Method in addressing problems with the body. She then decided to pursue her certification in the Feldenkrais Method, completing her 800 hour formal training in September of 2005. She spent an additional 1000+ hours practicing the method in preparation for her certification and continues ongoing study. Ann cares deeply about the well being of her clients, providing significant depth and effectiveness in helping her clients improve.
