Addressing how you move is essential to recovering from injuries and problems with your body. Poor movement habits can lead to chronic strain and stress on the body over time. Ann Frett’s approach specializes in helping people change their movement habits. This includes simple daily actions such as getting up out of a chair, sitting at the computer, walking, and lifting, to more specialized activities such as athletics and music performance. In addition to classes, Ann sees clients on an individual basis to address specific problems and concerns using the Feldenkrais Method® and Physical Therapy for health and wellness.
